my App has deleted my Sense, and it will not recoinne, i have switched off Bluetoot, deleted reloade

my app has deleted my sense???  and now will not reconnect.  i have deleted the App, reloaded.  I have switched off Bluetooth and switched back on.  Still no luck  please help

No problem - make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices

 

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Check there is no device photo

If its missing do the next step

Click on  + Set up a Device

Follow the installation instructions
