my brand new fitbit sense and my brand new xiaomi redmi note 10 pro notifications do not work

I bought a new Fitbit sense watch after my ionic was recalled, when I tried to set it up with my Huawei p30 lite phone with the Fitbit sense it had the same issue of the notifications not working on the phone. this I was told as there is issues with the Huawei brand and is listed on the websites of phones with compatibility issues, 

So I have gone out and bought a Xiaomi redmi note 10 pro, but what a surprise the same issue is now happening with my new watch and a new phone,  so I bought a brand new phone and watch for it to do exact the same issue as the old phone and watch, I have been on the live chat and after an hour of trying everything to get it to work they couldn't so have told me it has been reported and a fix will try and be done, I can't surely be the only person having these issues, as I have now asked for a return and refund as Fitbit obviously cant fix this issue. it is frustrating as if you remove the app and reload it, the notifications work for a few hours, I love the Fitbit app and the watch with all the stuff I need but I feel it may be time to leave Fitbit, as I had waited 15 months for them to try and fix the Ionic issues but they haven't. I have tried everything to get the watch and the phone to send notifications to my watch, but if they don't work then the watch isn't really fit for purpose, anyone got any last chance ideas?

Hi, @Paulaky2878 you've clearly spent quite a lot of time trying to resolve your problem. Have you looked through Fitbit Supported Devices and the links contained in them? You probably know that these Chinese phones have special issues with other android devices, while your phone may not be on the list you may find the solutions suggested will help. Allowing you have not been able to resolve your problem I recommend you talk to "Customer Support" here . Use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
