Hello, I purchased Fitbit Sense two weeks ago. My heart rate during sleep usually jumps up from around 55/60 to 75/80. But two days ago, I noticed an occasional strange in my heart rate by evening when I was asleep. I am wondering if this might be a glitch. How accurately does fitbit sense measure HR? Anyone know what might be causing it
?

Hi @isaacuban - yes definitely not normal behaviour.
Try restarting the watch though if it persists Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
Don't get a later model which doesn't have all the features found on a Sense.

THank you for your response. I am wondering if this could potentially indicate a problem. Though, i did not get any irregular rhythm notification from fitbit and all my Fitbit EKGs looked normal everytime I measured the electrical activity of my heartbeat. Two months ago, I also wore a 7-day holter monitor and no problem was noted. By the way, how accurately and sensitively do irregular rhythm notifications work?
