Hi! So i had several watch trackers before, Huawei and some other french brand. I use watch mainly for ADHOC super quick check of my sleep progress during the night with a minimum light/motion investment, by a quick glance at the watch screen for: 1) time right now, 2) hours i have slept already, 3) make decision to keep sleeping or to wake up. Now, the issue with Sense is that it never shows sleep data for the current ongoing night on the watch, it shows "0 hours" and i need actually to pick up phone, open app, wait sync. Even after that, the clock gets data like in 5-15 minutes. So not only these steps completely wake me up - but they also painfully blind my eyes by the bright white theme of the app (no dark mode). So the need of watch to sync with phone to be relevant makes this product rubbish. The clock should ALWAYS show the data it's tracking for the current 24-h cycle available at the clock screen, and syncing should be optional 1 time in a week (like going 3-6 days without a sync should be ok).
Please make the devs to enable availability of sleep data (current 24h cycle) right on the clock at all times, regardless the phone syncing. The data IS on the watch, and some users hate using phone and want that data be there on the watch when they need it. Other companies have that implemented already.
