Hi everyone,
Last week I bought a Fitbit Sense including a 6 month free trial for Fitbit Premium.
I can choose "premium" at my Fitbit App --> On the next page I have to choose between an annual payment or a monthly payment --> I choose annual --> "Start my 6 month free period" --> Pop-up from the App Store to verify the purchase --> Pop-up "Please check your payment details in your iTunes account and try again. Error code: 1000"
Things I've tried:
- removing cookies and cache
- removing Face-ID
- double checked my App Store account
- Closing the app and restart
I have an iPhone 12 mini, IOS 15.1.1 (up-to-date)
I live in the Netherlands so purchasing from the official Fitbit Website won't work.
I've read a lot of topics but I still haven't found the answer.
Who knows how to fix this?

If you keep having this error, please attach a screenshot to your next reply.
In the meantime, please purchase Fitbit Premium through Fitbit.com.
Your patience and understanding while this gets resolved is appreciated.

Thanks. I have no idea how to attach a screenshot. The screenshot has a Dutch error so i doubt if it will be helpfull for fixing the issue. The english version of this error is available at other posts at this community. They have the same error: 1000
i cannot purchase my 6 Month free trial at the Fitbit website because i live in the Netherlands, Europe. And besides that, my free trial is for 6 months and the website of Fitbit only allows to purchase a free trial of 3 months.
What’s next? 🙂
