Just got my sense yesterday. In real time it tracks my heart rate on both the watch and app. When I am on the app and click on the heart rate it just brings me to a blank screen that says no measurements. I have factory reset the watch, cleared data and cache a bunch of times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, restarted my phone a bunch of times after clearing data and reinstalling the app. Nothing.
When I log an exercise it will give me a heart rate graph for that. But if I just go to the heart rate tab it will just say no measurements in a blank white screen.
I am using a pixel 3 with android 12. Phone and app are all up to date, I just reinstalled app today, factory reset watch and updated it. I have no idea how to fix this. Any help would be great.
