"Permissions" for Fitbit Moible app?

I need a simple calander app and was hoping this "Agenda" app was that but I can't even open it because it says it requires "permissions", WTF is this and how do you do it?

@WehuttyWanker  The Agenda app is asking for permission to run in the background and access your calendar.  Tap on your profile picture in your mobile app > Sense > Apps > Agenda.  Toggle all the setting to on.
