"unlock with phone" on watch but nothing in app..

Hi. My kid accidentally entered many times wrong PIN...

Now I got message to "unlock with phone". But when I open app there is no option to unlock. On any screen.

Any ideas?

 

I know I can factory reset but it is not favorable option for me, I would like to follow "designed" way so using app.

Please help!

I cannot perform 2nd step - I see no "device lock" option...is sth wrong with my app?

My watch is synchronizing btw - so there is connection.
