seeing "music controls" when swapping bands

When I swap out my fitbit sense bands, the screen frequently, like 85% of the time, changes to the music control screen. Why?

Anyone else have this happen?

Hi @ksattler.

It's likely you are putting enough pressure on the casing (whilst holding it) to activate the side button and then activate one of the quick shortcuts (music control). I don't think it's anything to worry about, it's just the way the button works (it is inductive and responds to pressure). So any pressure detected around the casing can sometimes be mistaken for a button press.
