Fitbit Sense, I had 10k steps, even took a picture of the watch, because it's a milestone for me, then it reset to 5208, why!!?? I've restarted the watch, the app, but it won't give me my steps back

Hi @Syllee - possibly are you using more than one device to sync with your watch or do you have MobileTrack installed.

Click profile photo in the Fitbit App and see if you have your device and MobileTrack installed.

No other tracking devices, nothing else to sync with my watch. My goal is 6k steps, not much but I have leg issues, I hit that goal, then went out and played basketball with my son, came inside and walked in the house to hit the 10k mark. Got it, was so happy, took a picture of my watch to show my kids, and then it reset to 5208. Just disappointing but I'll get over it, lol. Thanks for your reply.
