My sense watch has a few glitches since purchased. I have reset and factory reset the watch. It says I am asleep for about an hour after I have got up. It also says I am doing an outdoor bike workout at the same time. I have a low heart rate below 60 bpm occasionally, and do not get notifications even when I am inactive. Is this normal for this watch?

No, that is definitely not normal. I'm on my second Sense, since my first one was plagued with issues. The new one works fine, except it won't record a score for the EDA scan. Hopefully you can get a replacement. By the way, I had to smile when I read the title of your post. I've been told by some that I'm sleeping when I'm not. I guess I must day dream a lot. 🙂

Hi Jerry, being asleep may be due to the low heart rate I have as it is going below my night time resting heart rate. It is a shame the watch does not work very well. I am hoping they do replace it as it is becoming unreliable. So far they are trying to avoid this. One good thing about this watch is the heart rate graphs through out the day.

Hi Murray. There are a lot of useful functions on the watch, but the added health related function, or so called health related function of stress management I'm finding isn't really worth while. I just watched a video from a doctor who reviewed the Sense, and he went into a lot of medical mumbo jumbo about the stress management feature being a lot of, shall we say non-sense. The ECG feature that can determine whether or not you have an irregular heart beat is a good idea, according to the doctor, but only measures one area of the heart. Still, it's worth having. So, stress management is not accurate one bit on this watch as a feature, well, so be it. At least the watch is pretty accurate regarding heart rate sensing and sleep score. I hope you get everything sorted out, because once you have a working watch, I think you will enjoy it.
