HI @g-j-b, welcome to the community, you do not provide much information. Can you describe exactly what you can not do? I would normally suggest you restart your "Sense" as demonstrated in this video but I'm not sure if you can access the setting. the other alternative is to hold the side buttons (sensors) for a few seconds until the logo appears and the device vibrates.

Thanks for the reply. I tried many short button pushes and long button pushes. Did get the time once. Then is was lock up of logo, then unable to remove data, then locked up logo. Never was able to open settings when I had clock face (changed that many times too). Last night the sense kept vibrating over and over till the battery went dead. Now just a black face with no response so I assume dead to the world. On top of that I purchased it new through ebay and fibit will not honor the warrantee as ebay and the seller are not certified fitbit sellers. So this purchase was a live and learner.
