I have tried to set up a fitbit sense but it isnt showing everything it should. For example i cannot find the settings or many other icons. Tried a long press and nothing helped.

Really stuck. Tried chat line and they couldnt help, said they would send an e mail but nothing came to help and sorry to say when i phoned I was not able to hear the assistant properly.

Can anyone help me.

From home clock screen, swipe left through apps. Settings is one of the apps.
