sounds like it needs to be reset up I would drop it from the fitbit app completely and redo the set up you know where the app asks you to inter 4 diget that set up what your seeing is the original blank watch interface no firmware it was reset back to factory settings so you will need to redo the original set up all over again don't worry you don't lose your info that all ready in the app hope this helps.
