Really frustrated. Flagged for an update today. Synced my watched to my phone for today's numbers. Started the update. The updated worked for about 15 min. Messages showed the process working. It then got to my watch to having a circle with a checkmark in the middle. My phone then started reporting failures to connect both bluetooth and Wifi. It then was stuck. with the circle and checkmark. I pressed the side button to reset the watch. The process got all the way back to the fitbit symbol but didn't complete the reboot. This watch isn't a year old. I'm using a Samsung S20G phone.

Hi, @mmilos99 - try placing on the charger again for an hour and then try restarting, if it doesn't already start automatically.
Also there are often problems with charging and the charge cable.
