Lack of restless sleep

I have noticed a substantial lack of restless sleep! Lots of rolling around and a max of 5hrs since i got my Fitbit 3 months ago. I have attached a screenshot for some examples.

 

Any tips/cures/diagnostics/?sleep pattern

Hi @Smashers249,

 

I would take a lack of restless sleep to be a good thing. Did you mean the opposite?

Also, I don't see any screenshots in your post.

 

 

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
