Can not see sleeping stages for about a week now

ANSWERED

Instead of sleeping stages (deep, rem etc.) it shows "sleep quality ( awake, restless, asleep). Why? What should I do to see sleeping stages again?

I fixed my issue by turning off bluetooth on my phone, restarting my watch and then turning on bluetooth back on.  This morning I had sleep scores and the graph back.  Hopefully this quick fix will work for others.

Hello @Remme1

Sorry to see that you're getting only the basic sleep graphs and not the graphs with the sleep stages.

This Fitbit help page (<-- click link) has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try when you aren't seeing sleep stages.

By any chance are you also having issues with heart rate tracking? Do you see a green light on the back of your Fitbit device? The green light is the heart rate sensor and is needed for sleep tracking.

If you don't see the green light, let us know which Fitbit device you're using. We might be able to suggest ways to get your heart rate sensor working.

Mine has stopped as well, no stages or scores since January 9th.  The new screen offers very little information.  The linked page in the response to the original post doesn't address this issue.

My heart rate tracking works as well and it also tells me how long I was asleep but that is it.

Hello @Remme1 & @UKJon

This thread (<-- click link) from another user experiencing issues with sleep scores has the troubleshooting steps that they used to get their score showing again.

Although there's no guarantee that this will work, it might be worth a try.
