Did the health metrics algorithms (heart rate variability, resting pulse) change when Google bought Fitbit?
My heart rate variability used to be very low ( Ranged from 19 to 28 ) for years. Starting earlier this year, I think coinciding with around when Fitbit got bought by Google, It got markedly better, almost always in 30 to 39 range and today was in the 40s.
I have lost a little weight, but I I think the change would’ve come on more gradually. Similar situation with heart rate. Anybody else run into this?

Hello @Cheena
Although I don't know if the algorithm has changed, you might find this post about Fitbit calculates HRV of interest (<-- click link)
BTW, your post mentions "Starting earlier this year, I think coinciding with around when Fitbit got bought by Google...". Just to let you know, Google acquired Fitbit in January 2021.
