I’ve noticed if I’m laying down watching a film or something it tracks that I’m asleep.
Is this happening to others? Out of curiosity what does it use to decide if your asleep? Low resting heart rate and lack of movement?

Hi @trent76. The lack of wrist movement is the first thing Fitbit uses to detect sleep. It uses other things like HRV and breathing rate to estimate sleep stages. This happens a lot.
