Fitbit withdrawing sleep score from non premium members

After the update I no longer get a sleep score. I bought my fitbit in may this year to track my sleep. If fitbit is with drawing this service should I not get a refund. It is the same if they withdraw the fitness tracking and the clock. When they put the time and alarm behind the premium paywall etc, it putting the sleep score behind paywall then may be a breach of contract in UK market.

Try deleting the night's sleep (after noting the start and end times), then manually adding it again. Your sleep score should appear.

Unfortunately it didn't work for me. Has this become a premium only service?

Hello @Rickendude & @mdcmft

The sleep score is available to all users. The sleep score details requires a Premium feature.

This page has the comparison between free app features and app features under Premium (<-- click link)

Thanks.

Until October 2nd and for nearly a year I had sleep score and inside the sleep score I could see awake/REM/light/deep breakdowns.

After October 2nd I only see sleep time with awake/restless/asleep. No score and no breakdown.

Looks like something has changed or got broken...
