Mine is Parrot. Has been for several years, with monthly average score low 80s. Each section is generally in the benchmark section, and mostly better than that mark.
So, just wondering if anyone has ever seen their sleep profile change to another animal/profile?

Hi @chench53
My sleep animal is usually Bear. I recall that over the past couple of years, I got Tortoise at least once if not twice.
I guess it makes sense that we usually get the same sleep animal. I tend to have a very consistent sleep schedule, especially now that I'm retired.

@chench53 Mine is usually the Bear. I'm a Parrot some of the time, once three months in a row. I searched all the way back to its introduction (July 2022) and was a Tortoise, too.

I’m a parrot and have been for years. A few months ago it changed to hedgehog a result of several late nights. It went back to parrot when I got my sleep back on track.

Mine changes almost monthly; I think my longest consistent run was 3 months. Currently giraffe, but I've also been bear, hedgehog, tortoise, and and dolphin. Haven't been parrot yet, but who knows - it might happen!

I alternate between Hedgehog and Giraffe, though mostly Hedgehog. I never get 7 hours of sleep and mostly am lucky to get 6. When I sleep a little longer I move to Giraffe, but have never been anything else.
