I really do not like this new sleep score feature. I liked it best when it just told me how much time I slept. Now you put an arbitrary number in the margin and on the graph. Where is the option to just see the time like the old way?

I had an old Fitbit model and received an Inspire HR for Christmas. So disappointed in the sleep feature. I've been using that feature religiously for years. Now the restless and awake data that I've used forever is only available through Premium, so I have to now pay for data I got free all along? Instead, it was replaced by new data that isn't remotely accurate, I went somehow from sleeping 5-6 hours to sleeping 7-8 hours every night, even though you can clearly sleep the little red lines scattered all along the top of the new graph, all the new number is, is the total time in bed minus the very clear wide awake times. If you want to offer users new data tracking, great, but offer that piece either free as well or put the new data in premium, you DON'T take away something a user has had all along for free and suddenly make it a free option. So lame. Whoever's idea that was, needs to have their head examined. My next device won't be a fitbit.

Not sure why and hell you would mess with the sleep feature - it doesn't track properly and doesn't provide a detailed graph of awake, REM, light, detailed and when and how often it happened during the night. It doesn't track accurately anymore. I went to bed at 10:45pm and the device showed I went to bed at 3:11am- I can't even manually change it as it indicates there is already a sleep score - I have been using a version of Fitbit for over 10 years and this new software update is terrible

Terrible - it doesn't track accurately and off by several hours - I used this feature to share with my doctor and now it's useless. Fitbit get it right and give us back something that worked and much more valuable. Why do software geeks have to screw things up- this happens on a number of devices - they try to tell you it is better and indeed it is NOT
