I have an irregular sleep pattern. I go to sleep between 10 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. I then wake up anywhere between 1:30 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. I then read for an hour or so. My previous Fitbit would account for time before and after wake time. My Fitbit 6 only tracks the time when I get back to sleep. Is there something that can be done to fix this?

Hello @Silverhalo54
Have you looked at the previous day to see if there's an additional sleep log? I suspect that since your sleep starts between 10 & 11:30 pm, your sleep tracking was captured on the previous day.

No confidence since the acquisition by Google. Mine registered as over 3 hours of REM last night after not getting a score a couple days ago. It seems off a lot more than before.

Some nights it nails it, and others it either misses big chunks or gives me weirdly high REM scores. It’s frustrating, especially if you’re trying to spot patterns or improve sleep quality.
