Hello @grantwall and welcome to the Community. There is a significant hardware difference between the two trackers. The Charge 6 has additional hardware to record a 30 second ECG and do additional stress monitoring. Do you want or need these features?

Edited: Adding another recent video that reviewed the best wearables for sleep tracking (<-- click link). One of the graphs shows the Inspire 3 and Charge 6 are almost the same for sleep tracking.
