Has anyone else had issue with sleep? I have a day where the graph doesn’t show. Several where I only get the low detail graph. I can’t fix even when I edit or delete and readd. This started a week or so ago.

Hello @ayalss
Which Fitbit device you use?
Are you also having issues with heart rate tracking? Do you see a green light on the back of your Fitbit device? That's the optical heart rate sensor and it's used for sleep tracking.

I have the same issue on my Charge 5: When two sleep periods are detected, and I delete one and then edit the other one to show 1 full period. The other situation is when I edit to extend the sleep period to reflect reality. Either the graph is unchanged - with empty spots at beginning/end; or simply displays meaningless Awake/Restless/Asleep. This is a new bug since September. I've tried removing the app & downloading from Play Store, but it doesn't help. Migrated to Google at the end of August.

Hello @Don761
I had the same thing happen to me where my sleep was broken into 2 logs. After I edited my sleep log to combine the 2 into a single log, the sleep algorithm didn't update my sleep stages graphs, like it did in the past.
Please use the Feedback option in the Fitbit app to report this issue:

Yeah - I've chatted twice with the Help crew, and basically get - so sad, too bad. They point to a phrase hidden in the help articles saying this is to be expected ( though why now, and not for the last seven years?) They also say it's to be understood, since Fitbits are not medical devices. Useless!

Hello @Don761
I saw a Moderator post announcing an app update, ver 4.56, that started rolling out this week. Hopefully, the update has the fix for the sleep editing issue that we've been experiencing.
FWIW, I had to edit my sleep log this morning to correct my wake time. My sleep stages graph and sleep score updated after I corrected my sleep log times. So, maybe the app update has the fix.

Hopefully you're right - but I have my doubts. I have ver. 4.56, and it doesn't help with past sleep stage graphs that need changes. I'll cross my fingers and try the next time the app doesn't read what time I went to bed!

Thanks for letting us know, @Don761 .
I saw another user post that they got ver 4.56 and still had sleep editing issues. They contacted Support who confirmed that the team is aware the sleep editing issue hasn't been fully resolved with app update 4.56. They are back to working on fixing the problem.
