For the last 2 nights I haven't received a Sleep Score, HRV or Breathing Rate (or readiness score, or stress management score) whilst wearing my Pixel Watch 2.
I've had no problems with this functionality for the last year and now it's just stopped. I've seen all the recommendations about sleeping position and whatnot but I have changed absolutely nothing about how I wear my device or how I sleep (I sleep sat up due to heart surgery last December) so none of that is the answer.
Kind of pointless subscribing to the premium service if they don't work.
Hello @bimouk , @Rickendude , @Jevans3681
Are you having issue with heart tracking? Do you see the green light on the back of your device? The green light is the heart rate sensor and is needed for tracking sleep data.
----
Which Fitbit devices are you using? Are you also using a Pixel Watch 2?

Best AnswerI'm using the 1st gen Pixel Watch. Looks like after 3 or 4 days of my sleep and readiness score missing it came back on its own. It must have been a hiccup in the system or something. All is well again. Go figure.
I have pixel watch 2.
Heart rate monitoring works ok. It did a weird reset around the time the issue happened (lost my chosen face...) not sure if related or not. It's not the first time it happens TBH (resetting my face settings)
Ok. Apparently I have no HRV and BR during these days. Not sure why.
Aaaand... Today everything is back to normal. Very weird
Hello @Rickendude & @Jevans3681
Thank you for letting us know that you're now seeing your data again.
I know there have been recent issues on the Fitbit side that have affected data syncing between Fitbit devices, including Pixel Watches, and the Fitbit app. It looks like the problem was fixed on the back end.
Please let us know if the issue shows up again, especially after installing the recent Fitbit app update (version 4.27 or 4.27.1) and Pixel Watch October update, when those are available to you.

Best AnswerHello! The FFitbit does not work correctly on my watch Google Pixel 2. Sleep and health functions are tracked in UTC time. Therefore, data in local time (UTC+9) is not recorded. Other functions work in local time. I reset the watch to factory settings. I reinstalled Fitbit.
Hello, since 10 days I have lost the sleeping rate, hrv, sleep skin temperature, sleeping score and aptitude score and body .
I have premium and never had this issue before.
My app and watch are updated.
Please let us know which Fitbit device you're using.
Since you're not seeing any sleep data, are you having issues with heart rate tracking? Do you see a green light on the back of your Fitbit device? The green light is the heart rate sensor and is necessary to get sleep tracking data.

Best AnswerI'm also having this issue. My Versa 4 stopped providing sleep score, breathing rate etc. It then randomly started working again, only to stop a week later. I've since switched to wearing my old Inspire 2 and that's not giving me any sleep data either. I pay for Premium but I'm starting to wonder why when I'm not getting the data I'm paying for! As I've experienced the same issue on two different devices, it must be a Fitbit system issue? I'm using the most recent version of the app.
My sleep score has not been working on my Versa 2 for months. I have tried all the updates, resetting the versa 2 to factory settings and every other possible option I could find. It is very frustrating. I also find the heart rate tracking it not at all accurate. Frustrating and disappointing. It would be nice if someone could address these problems instead of adding the "readiness score" feature that I attempted to use but did not do anything.
If so many people are having the same issue, I just don't understand why a company as big as Google can't fix it. My brand new replacement Versa 4 failed to log my sleep again last night. Their recommendation... try wearing it on the other wrist!? I really don't want to give up on Fitbit but I'm considering my options.
