I hate to give up my fitbit but they are not giving me much choice. My first fitbit Charge lasted less than 2 years before it wouldn't hold a charge. At least they gave me a nice discount on ANY device from the website.
I replaced it with the Charge 4 two years ago and it stopped providing a sleep score or breaking down my sleep stages two weeks ago. I spoke with five different support people over the past two weeks without resolution. They finally offered out of warranty replacement discount of 35% from their website EXCEPT invalid on the only Charge (6) they offer!
They recently upgraded the app and dropped the battery percentage from the screen which has caused alot of disappointment and dialogue.
I also lost the ability to cast the (Premium) sleep meditation audio to my Google home speaker groups.
Think I'll look into Garmin, while I cancel my Premium subscription. Buyer beware. If you do buy fitbit I suggest you pay extra for the extended warranty.
