Hello all,
I have diagnosed RBD (for 10 years) and my sleep results on my Charge 5 are always poor. My O2 variability is always low (which is good) but deep sleep is always around 15 minutes, and time asleep is so low that I don’t see how I’m even functioning. I am very sleepy during the day, but I feel like these measurements must be inaccurate or not representative. Could my movement during sleep be causing the poor sleep score? I have never gotten anything higher than poor. I know I’m asleep more than what is depicted on the score. Thanks for any insights!

Hi, @cinjopen, welcome to the community. I recommend that you consult your health professional, take your Fitbit app and device with you and show them your data. My experience with the Fitbit app is that the sleep data is consistent.
I hope thishelps.
Cheers

@cinjopen You mentioned movement during sleep. Sleep is an EEG diagnosis and Fitbits can't measure that. The main criterion Fitbit uses to track sleep is that your wrist doesn't move for an hour.
