THIS NEW SLEEP APP SUCKS!!!! My husband and I are older, and the old version was east to see, read, and understand. This one is CRAP!!! Most likely will be shutting our service down if it is not changed back. Maybe next time you should ask those of us who actually use it and not the Corp. idiots who know NOTHING!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

OMG!! Thank you soooo much for letting me know about synching Fitbit up
with Google! That did the trick...I know have the old format back!!! Yay!!
Now why couldn't the moderator let users know? Or is it a glitch?? Anyway,
thanks much!!

This new sleep graph is awful, it's far too  hard to read. The previous one was so much better, all the info was there to see very clearly, at a glance. Very disappointed in this 'improvement'.

How did you do that???

I have just synced my account with google and I too have now got the old format.

However, I reckon what it is that if you were already on a google account then you've been migrated over as part of the rollout, But because migrating over is a thing they've done progressively, when I now sync to google fresh, I am seen as an account that has not yet migated over. But this account will get migrated over when its turn comes.

Of course GOOGLE that does mean that it is not true that you CANNOT revert back to the old app. As Iv'e just done it. All you have to do is allow evyerone to do this and stop the rollout migration to the new app. So whether youchoose to allow this or not will prove whether it is true that you CAN'T revert to it or that it's simply that you wonnt!    Will ypou ingore your customers or listen to them?

Apparently you don't actually come back and read our comments. Typical of big corporations, take our money, screw what we think!!!!

Agreed. This upgrade is an absolute disaster. No percentages of sleep types, almost impossible to read, no indication of how long it took fall asleep. I cannot believe someone thought this was a good idea. Unfortunately after many years on Fitbit this might be the end for me

It only lasts so long

I am having difficulty with the new sleep app. It is extremely confusing. The benchmark does not work at all. Ant way to get the previous setup back?

Best Answer

It's not good. Where is my restorative sleep? That's what I am working on. I use the app, but I have other means to track my steps, exercise, calories, etc. You  messed up the thing I find most valuable, I don't see a reason to pay for it anymore.

sleep app.

I do not like the update. You have placed three items together so tightly that you can no longer see the times frames. Swiping across does not help this. You cannot expand the window to see the REM, Awake, Light and Deep sleep easily.  You have to tap on an item so see them separately and when you do you loose the time frame.

Does that bring back the old version? I was almost ready to click the accept button but backed out as I don't want to switch to Google if it is not going to bring back the Better version of the sleep app.
Please let me know.

Thanks!
