Hi everyone! Starting today, you may notice a new sleep experience in your Fitbit app. If you don't have it right away, please be patient as it can take some time to reach all users.

Just wanted to weigh in that the sleep “update” never improved with time and it should still be changed back. Over a year later and this is still problematic. The chronological list of sleep sessions needs to be returned. I want to be able to see the actual sleep I got, when I got it and not an average or have to log it myself. The app used to do this. Why in the world was it taken away and still not returned?? I’ve been patient. Please fix this.

I’m having a different problem with the sleep tracker. It will not automatically track my sleep. I have to manually tap the log sleep button, and it doesn’t give me the readout that has

Deep sleep And light sleep
im wondering if I have missed a setting. I have the sleep sensitivity set to light. And I have sleep scheduled for a certain time. I’m not sure what else to do.

I am confused by the new format. Do I need to adjust something in order to track my sleep from the previous night. The data shows it is only tracking from midnight on. My doctor relies on this info to treat.

Hello @GrammyOH
Sometimes my sleep log isn't correct. When this happens I edit my log to correct the sleep start and/or wake times.
This help page has more information on how your Fitbit tracks sleep as well as instructions on how to edit the sleep log in ... (<-- click link).
