Share Your Nightly Sleep Score Here!

Hi everyone!  I thought it would be fun if we could all share our sleep score from the previous night.  Keep this thread going and post as often as you can!  You can tell us what your sleep score is, how you feel about it, what time you went to bed and woke up, etc.

 

I'll go first!  Last night, my sleep score was 87.  I fell asleep around 8:30pm and unfortunately was up around 4:45am thanks to my dog.  She is still not fully adjusted to the daylight savings time here in America, so she was ready for breakfast.

I had 11 hours sleep by sleeping at 8:00 and waking up at like 7:00

Lately, I have been sleeping very little and poorly because my old cat is constantly waking me up. But I am not angry because I realize that he needs my care and attention now more than ever. He is quite old now and it is getting harder to keep an eye on his health, but with the help of Revolution Plus Without Vet Prescription I am doing very well. I've been using it for my cat for years and I see that this particular product always helps him.

@mia_davis I've found that old cats sometimes get confused in the dark. Putting nightlights near their food and litter boxes lets them navigate more easily and helps them be less demanding at night.

Sehr gute Idee, vielen Dank. Mir wird erst jetzt klar wie schlecht ich schlafe. Mein höchster Wert seit ca. 3 Jahren ist 72 oft komme ich aber nur so um die ca. 65 so eine sch... darum bin ich wohl so  müde.

I slept for 3hrs & 10min last night, Fitbit rewarded this herculean effort with a sleep score of 82. Between this & the new cardio load system Im getting close to making a switch.

90, 84, 87,  87, 84, 81, 87, 84, 87, 88, 85, 87 , 79,81, 83, 87,87

 average is about 84, got a 90 today and had a few. Though if I have a run of goid nights it is usually followed by a poorer one as I not as tired.

Stress is a key factor I've noted.
