Share Your Nightly Sleep Score Here!

Hi everyone!  I thought it would be fun if we could all share our sleep score from the previous night.  Keep this thread going and post as often as you can!  You can tell us what your sleep score is, how you feel about it, what time you went to bed and woke up, etc.

I'll go first!  Last night, my sleep score was 87.  I fell asleep around 8:30pm and unfortunately was up around 4:45am thanks to my dog.  She is still not fully adjusted to the daylight savings time here in America, so she was ready for breakfast.

Now share yours!  🙂

I have not had a sleep score for a while (not since March or something like that) , although I have bad nights with sleep. Any suggestions?

I think they might score differently for age groups but am not sure - really would like to know.  Their cardio fitness score is age dependent.  I'm 71 male.  In the last 2 weeks my lowest score was 77 and best was 90.  Duration is half the score, and you can adjust your goal.  My score improved when I set it down to 7 hours per night, which actually is in line for the normal amount for seniors.  The other big influencer is the restorative.  That is basically the sleeping heart rate being below the daytime resting heart rate.  Mine is generally pretty good - 90% or better - UNLESS I decide to throwdown many brews watching football until after 8 pm or so, and or cook supper too late and have a big meal just before going to bed.  Either one causes your metabolism to work in high gear to either burn off the booze or digest the food.  Cronic booze will drive your heart rate through the roof -  Been there done that - I had one day where I got a few hundred active zone minutes and didn't get out of a chair - the old ticker was off to the races after a bender.  A few dry days and that was over.  Also noticed the HRV got bigger (better) also.

Haven't been able to get any scores since 18th of January it's like it's frozen. Can't talk to a person to tell them anything but I think that's the problem. No personal commuication.

For me I usually get high 70s or low 80s even though my nights are short, typically around 6 hours only. Occassionally I get high 80s or once even 90. I do some power napping as well. Sometimes the score surprises me, high even if I think it should be low, or low when I feel it should be high, but usually I am able to correlate the score, e.g. bad day at work in case of low score, or high quality sleep if I felt particularly tired the evening before in case of high score.

High Sleep Score also depend from how lower nightly Heart Rate (than daly Resting Heart Rate). So don`t being stressed before bed lead to higher Sleep Score.

I’m 71 and as long as I don’t BBQ ( lots of smoke and 🍺) I get 80 - 90.
