Sleep: Composition, Revitalization, Duration, Restlessness

I've downloaded my sleep data. The spreadsheet has 4 categories whose numbers I don't understand: Composition, Revitalization, Duration, and Restlessness.

I've been searching through articles and topics for over an hour now, and haven't found anything to describe how to understand what the metrics are. Are the numbers percentages? Are the categories sleep stages?

Without sharing generic links, please explain what it means when I read (from past 4 days):

  • Composition: 17 - 16 - 20 - 16
  • Revitalization: 18 - 14 - 15 - 17
  • Duration: 31 - 28 - 29 - 31
  • Restlessness: 0.168 - 0.059 - 0.069 - 0.152

Hello @Cass81684

Although I don't have a way to confirm this, looking at the numbers you provided, I'm wondering if the first 3 that you listed are the points for each variable used to determine the Sleep Score.

  • Composition would be the score for Deep & REM, up to 25 points
  • Revitalization would be the score for Restoration, up to 25 points
  • Duration would be Time Asleep, up to 50 points

For the last one, Restlessness, I'm guessing that might be the percentage of your sleep where your device detected movement.
