Sleep # not showing

I have had to delete and reinstall my app 4 times because it was logging into ActivFit automatically.  I seem to have fixed that but now don’t get a sleep #.  The whole thing went bad with the redesign of the app

Hi Ewallace 100, I agree , since updating my Fitbit App my device fails to sync steps and annoyingly no sleep # back to my phone. So a full deletion of the app may or may not help. Glenn F

My sleep has registered sleep about one of every three days for a couple of weeks. I did a hard reset three days ago, and now it does not register at all. 😞
