Hello everyone,
I love my Fitbit Surge, no matter I have rash on my left wrist... It's getting better, anyway. But what I don't like, apart from no light / deep sleep charts, is its inaccuracy, when it comes to falling asleep.
Why does it differ so much? It's all generated from same data, so why it doesn't show restless / awake, until I edit it to 3rd version? 😕 The 3rd version seems to be the most accurate one, because I remember I was restless 2-3 times.
I use Xiaomi Mi Band at the same time, because it can really distinguish between laying in bed and falling asleep / waking up, with unbelievable accuracy.

Check your settings, do you have it set to sensitive? Dominant hand?
I wear my Charge HR on my dominant hand and do not have it set to sensitive.
