@Catmandel it looks like you aren't getting sleep details. That is dependent on heart rate. Is your heart rate being recorded?
It also seems that you aren't connected to Bluetooth. You can tap where it says "Open Settings" to fix that. If that doesn't help, try restarting your Fitbit and your phone.
