Why Should I Track Sleep?

I'm not trying to be  jerk. What are the advantages of tracking sleep? The main reason I'm asking is that I find it annoying to wear my Charge HR all night. But if there is a strong reason to wear it then I can try to get used to it.

It's very helpful to show my doctor during my monthly visit if I'm having sleeping problems. We recently took me off some nasty meds, good decision, but now I'm not sleeping well. With the additional information provided by the tracker I'm usually able to get right to the root of a problem.

Well, I started tracking my sleep to finally come to terms to the fact that I barely sleep and actually do something about it. Smiley Sad

 

My Fitbit raised awareness of  my sleep health and sleep issues. Over time they've shown what kind of day I should have if I want to sleep more; so mainly changing lifestyle habits.
