ZZZ-Quil?

I’ve tried to improve my sleep by using Z-quil, which seems to be working for its first couple of days. I’ve been waking up less frequently, so my sleep scores on my Fitbit app are a little better, with improvement in deep sleep. Does anyone else have experience using this product, and what are your experiences? TIA

Have you tried taking melatonin 😴 before bedtime :crescent_moon:?
