Cant retrieve my sleep pattern.. Check marks appear and won't let me know what itis.  This is new.

It's great to have you here @Anne1946. I realize this response is a long time coming, but did want to take the time to address your post.

 

I hope that by now everything is working properly, however, I wanted to ask you, were you experiencing this issue on your computer or a mobile device while you use the Fitbit app?
