Did you mean:

include restless sleep in total sleep time?

I recently got a fitbit (flex 2) and it's been very helpful.

on average, I'm getting 40 to 60+ min of restless sleep. Of course, this isn't added to my total sleep amount; but i would like to know if there's a way to have fitbit recognize sleep as the full amount (-awake time) rather than sleep-restless-awake? I have fibromyalgia and i suspect that's why i sleep 'restlessly'.

my sensitivity is set to normal.

Hello @reheg and welcome to the Community.  Can you please confirm that you got a Flex 2?  The Flex 2 was discontinued in 2019.  Fitbit probably stopped updating the Flex 2 in 2021, since that is their general policy for updating devices.  I don't think you can get any help with this issue.
