Any ideas on how to get enough sleep? I am only getting an average of 4-5 hrs. a day. No matter what time I go to bed and get up.

@charandjerome That's something many of us have asked ourselves. There have been a few reports saying we need to turn off our electronics.
For myself, I make sure that I follow a routine so I'm prepared for some good rest. A cup of mint tea and listening to some soft music. Try not to take the worries of the day into your bedroom. Life's stresses can keep you up, even when you're not dwelling on them.
Some research has stated that the bedroom ought to be a place to sleep and not get into a discussion that might lead to an argument, watch tv or talk on the phone.
You'll learn what works best for you now that you're aware of it. Give yourself some time and you'll figure out a routine.
