Ive just started but some nights ive got up to 1/6th of my time as "restless" yet a reasonable sleey efficiency score. And what is w waking up 20 times a night? Is that normal?

Twenty times a night is excessive; do you have your FitBit set to "Sensitive" or "Normal" sleep detection? Sensitive is designed for tracking sleep disorders and such, so you may want to switch if you have it on that currently. If it's on normal and you're moving around enough for it to register twenty times... you may want to talk to a sleep specialist.
