I am kind of new to the sleep tracking thing and try to understand something:
the app says my sleepcycles started at 11:23 PM and ended at 7:35 AM the next day.
but from 11:23 PM to 11:58 AM the first phase shows me as awake, then at 11:59 AM first REM phase started.
I checked this for like 2 weeks and the awake time before first actual sleeping phase is usually between fifteen to thirty minutes but sometimes is fortyfive to ninty minutes?
is there some documention on this? or how does the thing knows I am sleeping or just lying on my bed totally releaxed watching TV?
(and why couldnt I post the numbers above but had to spell them out in this communicty?)
