14 thousand steps on new account

Just set up my acct and I already have a lifetime of 14 thousand steps. That's funny considering I have not worn it yet. Sure wish there was a way to clear this 😞

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. In this case there are two ways in which we could move forward. You could open up a new account using a different email address or you could have your account deleted and then open it up again.

Hey there, @jasonb_rrt! Thanks for joining this beautiful family! This should not be happening. Only if you were moving your tracker around too much during of after the setup. Was this amount of steps on the same day you setup your account or before?

 

If you want to clear them off as our friend said, @LanuzaFitbit, let us know!
