1yr old surge stopped tracking HR & sleep

My surge has stopped tracking my heart rate and it gives me about an hour and a half of logged sleep if any tracking.

I have checked all my settings and nothing has been changed. I wiped the sensor with a damp cloth and air dried it. I've re synced the phone but I'm getting no Heart rate reading at all. I've sent an email in and will call tomorrow but thought there may be ideas here.

Maybe it's time to invest in an Apple Watch?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

I talked with customer service. It won't restart. He didn't have any options to fix it. 😞
