2 year Warrenty Apparently!

Hi, ive done a bit of reading in here about dmfaults on the Surge and I have encountered them myself. Mainly the charger connection being faulty and now wear on the band at the edges. I got a brand new replacement for the charger so I have a second one. However feel there is a design fault in the strap. As I have read so many threads on faulty bands to no avail on here I put a post on futbit facebook uk/ureland. They stated it has a 2 year warrenty. Is this just the uk then? Anybody else found this?

Hi, @Laurataylordu , if you purchase your Fitbit anywhere in the EU it comes with a two year warranty.  In the US (and I think most other parts of the world) it is a one year warranty.

In Norway there is 2 years warranty and a total of 5 years warranty against fabrications errors. That basically means if a product is expected to last more than 2 years, you are still protected for 3 more. Theoretically that is. Not always easy to get those last 3 unfortunately
