2nd band

Hello,

I am currently in need of a new watch band for my black surge xl. My first Fitbit surge became torn tduring a workout so I emailed customer service and through some steps, no hassle I add, was given a second watch for free. It was in the one-year warranty. But now this same thing has happened again and it is still within the same one year warranty. I'm wondering if I'm still eligible for a new watch. I have seen both replied yes I am eligible and no I'm not eligible on the Fitbit surge discussion boards but I would like to know how to get the yes answer from customer service?

Pretty much there is a 365 day warranty period from the first device purchased, even if that original Fitbit was replaced for whatever reason.

 

You can always ask customer support, but their policy is as stated in the link above.
