3rd party repair companies

Has anyone used a 3rd party repair company to fix their Surge watch band issue?  If so can you recommend it here?

 

Ideally, I would like to ship it or even better go there in person and let them fix it.  I live in the Boston area.

Hi there, @wvet! Cat Tongue It is nice to see you around. To be honest with you we do not have information of any 3rd party repair company that fixes our products. Also, our company does not provide this type of service since they evaluate each case and provide you the options available. 

 

Keep in mind that this depends on your warranty as well, do you know if you are still within it?
