Active Minutes from Surge not showing on Leaderboard

Hello

I am on a leaderboard, and my all of active minutes From today are not showing up. None of the activities were manually logged, they were all logged through the heart rate/exercise tracking from the surge. It is only showing aboit 100 of my 199 active minutes I had today from walking and 2 exercise sessions. I can provide screenshots of necessary. Is there a way to update this?

Welcome to the Community @Kbone  and @JB0630!  This is really interesting. Thank you for letting me know you didn't manually logged any activity. I noticed that both of you wrote from different mobile device (Android and iOS). That's why I'd like to know if you're seeing this from your mobile device or from your online Dashboard.

1. If the issue is from your Dashboard, I recommend clearing cookies and maybe with another browser.

2. From your app, please try to force quit the app and reboot your phone as well.

Keep me posted!

"Same thing here, it is NOT your browser it is the fitbit server, I have the same issue as does other friends of mine, who have gotten the same run around.. ..

I've contacted them 2 times regarding this issue, and each time I am having to explain and describe the issue like it is the first they've ever heard of it. After 10 minutes of me explaining that it is not my device but a problem with the leaderboard it ends with them saying they will pass on the information to the engineering staff. " Not sure when it will get fixed.
