My Fitbit blaze is recording ridiculous numbers of calories and activity. I'll send pictures now. It says I'm doing above 600 active minutes and burning in the region of 9000 calories daily. I've checked all settings and they are correct. Height weight etc. I've reset the Fitbit and synced but still not working.

Hi, @TBone2012! Welcome to the Forums! Oh no! This should not be happening. Have you tried to restart your tracker?

 

To restart your tracker:

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your tracker doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my tracker? to turn Blaze off and back on again.

 

You can do it a few times in a row to make sure the process completes successfully and let me know how it goes! Man Tongue
